NATO takes the Nordic highway to Africa

The Arthashastra is an ancient Indian treatise on statecraft written by Kautilya. It has been applied in modern global diplomacy and recently used by the USA in Ethiopia and Eritrea. The USA attempted to control the Horn of Africa region by exploiting the minds of the Tigray people and instigating conflict between the Tigray and the Abiy’s government. After two years of fighting, a peace agreement was reached. To counter the increasing presence of Russia in Africa, the US has brought NATO into the picture. The Nordic countries have expressed desire to strengthen “economic cooperation” with Africa, which is likely an attempt by NATO to make fresh incursions into Africa.
