” ኮርፖሬሽኑን ለእዳ የዳረጉ የስራ ኃላፊዎች እና ባለሙያዎች የሕግ እርምጃ ይወሰድባቸው ” – የሕ/ተ/ም/ቤት የመንግሥት ወጪ አስተዳደርና ቁጥጥር ጉዳዮች ቋሚ ኮሚቴ ..የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት የመንግሥት ወጪ አስተዳደርና ቁጥጥር ጉዳዮች ቋሚ ኮሚቴ ፤ የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን በቀጣዮቹ 3 ወራት የአዳማ_አዋሽ መንገድ ጥገና የውል ስምምነት ላይ አስቸኳይ እልባት እንዲሰጥ አሳሰበ። ቋሚ ኮሚቴው ” ያልተገባ ውል ባለው ” ስምምነት ኮርፖሬሽኑን ለእዳ የዳረጉ የስራ ኃላፊዎች እና ባለሙያዎች የሕግ እርምጃ እንዲወሰድባቸው ጠይቋል።ቋሚ ኮሚቴው ይህ የጠየቀው የኮርፖሬሽኑን የ2013 እና 2014 ዓ.ም የክዋኔ ኦዲት ሪፖርት ላይ በተወያየበት ወቅት ነው። ኮርፖሬሽኑ ከደንበኞች በውል የተረከባቸውን ፕሮጀክቶች ውል በተገባበት ጊዜ ገደብ የማይፈጸሙ መሆናቸው ተመላክቷል። በአዋጅ ወደ ሌሎች የመንግስት ተቋማት እንዲተላለፉ የተወሰኑ ሃብቶች ግምትና ዕዳ ያልተገመተና በውሳኔው መሰረት ርክክብ እንዳልተደረገ ተገልጿል። ኮርፖሬሽኑ ኮንትራት ወስዶ ለሰራቸው ስራዎቹ በአጠቃላይ ከ1 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ አለመሰብሰቡም ተጠቁሟል። በኮርፖሬሽኑ ፕሮጀክቶች በተያዘላቸው ጊዜ ግንባታቸው የሚጠናቀቅ መሆኑ ቢቀመጥም ፕሮጀክቶች በታቀደላቸው መሰረት ያልተከናወኑ ናቸው ተብሏል። ከግንቦት 24 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ የአዳማ አዋሽ መንገድ ጥገና እና መንገዱን ለማስተዳደር ስምምነት ገብቶ እየሰራ ቢሆንም በውሉ መሰረት ሥራውን ባለማከናወኑ ለበርካታ ዕዳ መጋለጡ ነው የተነገረው። ከዚህም አልፎ ኮርፖሬሽኑ ከ14 ሚሊየን ብር በላይ ከአሰሪ ተቋም ክፍያ መሰብሰብ አልቻለም ተብሏል።
