Cristiano Ronaldo made his competitive debut for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League on Sunday, with Brazilian midfielder Talisca scoring the winning goal. The 37yearold Portugal forward is reportedly earning more than £177m per year on a deal until 2025. Al Nassr is currently top of the Saudi league, one point ahead of secondplaced Al Hilal. Ronaldo was welcomed by banners and cheers from fans at the King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, after scoring twice in an exhibition match against Lionel Messi’s Paris StGermain on Thursday.
