Police in Grants Pass, Oregon are searching for Foster, a suspect accused of attempting to kill a woman and “intentionally torturing” her. On Thursday night, police tracked Foster to a property in Wolf Creek, but he managed to escape. 68yearold Tina Marie Jones was arrested at the scene for helping Foster.
