JSI is a global public health consulting organization that works to improve health systems, services, and people’s lives. They focus on multidisciplinary, gender-sensitive development approaches to improve quality, access, and equity within health systems. They have implemented projects in 107 countries and currently work in 42 countries around the world. During the onset of the COVID19 pandemic, JSI partnered with the Network of Ethiopian Women Association (NEWA) to reach key groups in Ethiopia. Through consultative sessions, they discovered incorrect information about the vaccine and worked with the Ministry of Health to design social and behavior change communication materials. These efforts ultimately led to a 65 percent vaccination rate in the targeted population. They strive to build lasting relationships to produce better health outcomes for all.

JSI የጤና ስርዓቶችን፣ አገልግሎቶችን እና የሰዎችን ህይወት ለማሻሻል የሚሰራ አለም አቀፍ የህዝብ ጤና አማካሪ ድርጅት ነው። በጤና ስርአቶች ውስጥ ጥራትን፣ ተደራሽነትን እና ፍትሃዊነትን ለማሻሻል ሁለገብ፣ ሥርዓተ-ፆታ ግንዛቤን በተላበሰ የእድገት አካሄዶች ላይ ያተኩራሉ። በ 107 አገሮች ውስጥ ፕሮጀክቶችን ተግባራዊ ያደረጉ ሲሆን በአሁኑ ጊዜ በዓለም ዙሪያ በ 42 አገሮች ውስጥ ይሰራሉ. የኮቪድ19 ወረርሽኝ በተከሰተበት ወቅት፣ JSI ከኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች ማህበር (NEWA) መረብ ጋር በመተባበር በኢትዮጵያ ያሉ ቁልፍ ቡድኖችን ማግኘት ችሏል። በምክክር ክፍለ ጊዜ ስለ ክትባቱ የተሳሳቱ መረጃዎችን በማግኘታቸው ከጤና ጥበቃ ሚኒስቴር ጋር በመሆን የማህበራዊ እና የባህርይ ለውጥ የመገናኛ ቁሳቁሶችን በመንደፍ ተባብረዋል። እነዚህ ጥረቶች በመጨረሻ በታለመው ህዝብ ውስጥ 65 በመቶ የክትባት መጠን አስገኝተዋል። ለሁሉም የተሻለ የጤና ውጤቶችን ለማምጣት ዘላቂ ግንኙነቶችን ለመገንባት ይጥራሉ::
