ኢስት አፍሪካን ሆልዲንግ እና የኢትዮጵያ ኢንቨስትመንት ኮሚሽን በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ ለመገንባት ተስማሙ። ፓርኩ 100 ሄክታር መሬት የሚሸፍን ሲሆን፥ 108 ሚሊየን ዶላር የሚፈጅ ነው። ከአዲስ አበባ 40 ኪሎ ሜትር፣ ከሞጆ ደረቅ ወደብ 15 ኪሎ ሜትር፣ ከአዲስ አበባ አዳማ ባቡር 3 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ይገኛል። 40 ሜጋ ዋት የሃይል አቅርቦት ሲኖረው ለ15,000 ዜጎች የስራ እድል ይፈጥራል። ኢስት አፍሪካን ሆልዲንግ በተለያዩ የኢንቨስትመንት ዘርፎች የተሰማራ አገር በቀል ኩባንያ ነው።

East African Holding and the Ethiopian Investment Commission have agreed to build an industrial park in Bishoftu. The park will cover 100 hectares of land and cost USD 108 million. It will be located 40 kilometers from Addis Ababa, 15 kilometers from Mojo Dry Port, and 3 kilometers from the Addis AbabaAdama railway.
