በኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች አስተባባሪነት ወደ ትግራይ ክልል ያቀናው ልዑክ የመቐለ ሰባ ካሬ የተፈናቃዮች መጠለያ ጣቢያን ጎብኝቶ ነበር። በዚህም ወቅት በመጠለያው ውስጥ ከ3,500 በላይ አባወራዎች እንደሚገኙ፤ በአጠቃላይ ደግሞ ከ20,000 በላይ ሰዎችን በመጠለያው ተጠልለው እንደሚገኙ ተጠቁሟል። በመጠለያው የሚገኙት አብዛኞቹ ከምዕራብ ትግራይ ተፈናቅለው የመጡ መሆናቸው ነው የተገለጸው። ከዚህ ቀደም 70 ከመቶ የሚሆነውን የምግብ አቅርቦት የመቐለ ነዋሪ እያመጣ እየመገበ የነበረ ሲሆን ጦርነቱ እየከፋ ሲሄድ ግን ይህን ማድረግ አለመቻሉ ተነግሯል፡፡ በጣቢያው ውስጥ የሚገኙ ወገኖች በመጠለያው ያለውን የመሰረታዊ ነገሮች ችግር በመግለጽ ድጋፍ እንዲደረግላቸው ጠይቀዋል፡፡

It is stated that most of the people in the shelter are displaced people from West Tigray. In the past, 70 percent of the food supply was brought by the residents of Mekelle, but as the war worsened, it was reported that they were unable to do so. The people in the station expressed the problem of basic things in the shelter and asked for support.
